PROJECT MANAGER

ACE Creatives is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving successful outcomes across multiple clients by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of content-focused projects. This position is responsible for developing detailed project schedules and content calendars, managing workflows, and optimizing resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. The Project Manager leads cross-functional coordination between creative teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables. By proactively identifying risks, implementing efficient project management tools, and monitoring content performance, this role ensures consistent alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning + Execution

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and content calendars across multiple social media clients

  • Create and optimize workflows for content development, approval, and publishing processes

  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful delivery of all deliverables

  • Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to track deliverables and resources

  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track

Resource Management

  • Track and allocate creative team resources across multiple projects and clients

  • Maintain up-to-date resource forecasting to ensure optimal team utilization

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure appropriate staffing for all projects

  • Monitor team capacity and workload to prevent burnout and maintain quality

  • Create and maintain detailed production schedules that maximize team efficiency

Content Tracking + Quality Control

  • Establish and maintain content approval workflows across multiple stakeholders

  • Track content performance metrics and create regular reports for clients and internal teams

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines before submission

  • Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems

  • Monitor content compliance with platform specifications and requirements

Client + Team Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project coordination

  • Facilitate clear communication between creative teams, clients, and stakeholders

  • Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to all parties

  • Document and distribute project updates, action items, and decisions

  • Manage client expectations and timeline adherence throughout project lifecycle

SOCIAL MEDIA WRITER

ACE Creatives is looking for a strong writer to join our social team! If you knew what “demure” meant before any brand posted about it, and if you cringe when brands say the wrong thing, this job is for you.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling and proofreading. You would be responsible for joining our social and production teams in ideation for concepts, script writing, editing, and understanding what will be a hit on all the social media platforms. This will range from a new take on a social media trend to writing unique content for your clients based on their personalities and products.

SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000

Job Requirements

Write engaging scripts for social content that capture attention, drive engagement, and meet client expectations based on the creative brief.

Be a social media idea generator, and creative powerhouse. Be able to generate fresh, relevant ideas for social content that resonates to both the brand and its social savvy audiences.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, policies, algorithms, and platform updates, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly.

Collaborate with the Social Media Community Manager to coordinate and support with all posts for clients across all platforms.

Review and proofread social copy, to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.

Ensure all social media efforts are aligned with the brands overall goals, voice and messaging.

Skills Required

  • High-level understanding of social media platform best practices including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.

  • Ability to recognize social media trends and translate them into brand specific content.

  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail for posting, proofreading copy, and responding to comments/messages/reviews.

  • Strong writing skills and a strong understanding of writing for social media specifically.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media.
