ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

SALARY: $40,000

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact and assist both the COO and VP of Creative.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings.

Assist with daily time management.

Support all travel accommodations, including flights, ground transportation, and booking restaurant reservations.

Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.

  • Proficiency in using office software (such as Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to support the team's projects and initiatives.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently.

  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues across different departments to achieve shared goals.

  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality regarding company and client matters.

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment, is desirable but not required.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER

As a Social Media Community Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our clients’ online community across various social media platforms. You'll be responsible for developing engaging copy, fostering meaningful interactions, and enhancing the online presence of our clients.

SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok) that aligns with our clients’ brand identity. 

Engage with our clients’ online communities, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster a positive, relevant, and interactive environment. 

Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. 

Collaborate with our creative team to ideate and plan content for social media-focused shoots.

Attend client meetings and ensure thorough preparation in advance. 

Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines, ensuring quick turnaround on tasks as needed. 

Assist in pre-production activities, including creative direction, ideation, social trend forecasting, and mood boarding. 

Stay updated on digital marketing trends and social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc. 

Adapt to new social media tools and technologies and provide recommendations based on social media analytics. 

Work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail. 

Embrace new challenges and responsibilities in the social media realm.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging copy for social media posts, responses and other community outreach interactions.

  • The ability to adapt and adjust to a wide variety of tones and voices via copy that aligns with various clients’ brand identity. 

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and analyze community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment. 

  • Knowledge of best practices across all social media platforms. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms and technologies. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities effectively.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and foster a positive online community.

SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to track the success of campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies for better results.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital campaigns.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and meet marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
